Roger Jowett

Roger-Jowett
Roger Jowett was the former CEO of Motion Asia Pacific, successfully leading it to around $700 million in revenue in 2022. With over 35 years of international experience as a business executive, Roger has worked in Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, Australia and the UK. In addition, Roger was the CEO of TSC Group Pty Ltd and the COO of Signature Security Group. He has over a decade of board-level experience and is an authority in driving business performance and growth.

He is an expert in business reorganisation, turnaround management, strategy development and implementation, marketing, acquisition integration, operational performance, service field efficiency, building organisational capabilities, and high-performing teams. Through his extensive experience working in international settings, Roger has an adaptive mindset and brings specialist business knowledge to his current role as a Brainiact business coach.

Roger is highly qualified. He has an MBA from the Henley Business School, graduated from the GPC Executive Leadership Program from The Wharton School, and is also a graduate of the Leading Innovation Executive Program at Stanford Business School. He was most recently awarded the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma from the Financial Times Board Director Programme.

Rather than retire, Roger saw the opportunity to become a Brainiact business coach as a means to give back to the community and use his extensive business knowledge to help business owners thrive. He feels proud that helping small to medium business owners is currently what keeps him busy, and he can continue travelling the world with his partner, Allison.

When not supporting small to medium business owners through his business coaching, you can find him cycling around Centennial Park, enjoying delicious food with his wife and friends or at a yoga class.
